Nurture provides a paradigm shift by sending overflow calls to the Nurture World system, as voice messages which are then transcribed, sorted depending on clients priorities and sent to your CRM system by email or API. Once transcribed the voice messages can be search texturally there by greatly improving the speed and quality of response by providing an outbound follow up on your customers concerns already armed with the relevant solutions for your clients from the transcribed text.
